I now have to give it a bit of throttle to start when it's hot. I changed the pilot to a 38. I've got the mixture screw adjusted mid range in it's sweet spot.
If it was right it should start without throttle. What's going on?

 

How many turns out do you have the mixture screw?

 

I knew someone would ask! I have it about 1 3/4 turns out. I turned it in till it stumbled then out till it stumbled and put it half way in between. I know it's not that much but I did use the 38 pilot.
