I have the Tusk bars and guards and it was a struggle to get them together. I even had to cut off the inside end of the left guard because it was chewing up the front brake line. It seemed like the best way was to get all of the bolts started then tighten each one a bit at a time to pull everything together. It takes some work and patience, but in the end well worth it.

do a search on the topic. There are a few people in the forum plus my brother and I that have these gaurds on with explanations on install and pictures of them on. I installed mine and my bro's his on stalk bars and mine on tusk bars with no problems. Check em out. If you have any questions fire away. https://www.kawasakiforums.com/m_117535/tm.htm

Same here but i slammed the bar weights into the bars...The mounts with the acerbis enduro guards and the bar weights slammed to the inner parts of the bars eliminated all bar vibration in all.....I didn't get new bars yet but it works good.....Also i used a piece of 3/8" fuel line cut in half and zip tied to the brake line cover to eliminate any rubbing of the line.
