I have a Renthal bar and it's tough as hell! Stock handle bar bent the first time I took a nap in the trails....

I used a hacksaw blade (just the blade) and a bit of cussing to cut the spot welds.

I'll wind up putting on some Jimmy Buttons down the road anyway, but it was an enjoyable way to spend a half hour. (Not!)

The Barkbusters were tricky to get on the crowded stock bar. That was a whole different streak of cussing!

I ended up using a sawsall to cut of the ends of my bars, just behind the welds. Ended up working out just fine.

i just put new moose racing bars on and cant imagine going much taller than stock with out running out of cable
