whose the grouch?(<Who's) whoever he is, he needs to learn that MX bikes need everything tucked in nicely unlike trail bikes or enduros where the racing isn't as tight or fast. Teach me sometime Iowaguy.compare KLX pipes, the BG fits the nicest, is tucked in the best, and doesn't hang low like others. The muffler has nothing to do with the hang down factor of the header.
also, parts are easy as pie to get for the KLX, I never had problems. That's because you're smart. Read through the posts and you'll see, for example, people buying a sproket for a 300 or other things like that. speaking of bad looking pipes that hang unnecessarily low, the oem header on "your new KLX 450" looks like it was thrown on at the last minute.I'm sure it was designed that way. You don't actually think you're smarter than the designers, do you? That's pretty funny, I've read your posts.how long do you think it will take before someone bashes it against a rock or tree? Good point although it is up pretty high above the frame, but it could happen I guess.you should've bought a TE450 I should have? Based on what, your opinion? lol Next time I'll consult with you before I purchase anything since you're the only smart one on here, now that's a real enduro bike and cheaperA few hundred dollars?Big deal.as well. after all, this is the internet and we are all anti-socially driven shotgun shooting liberals who don't say anything nice at all, right?JMO Yep. That's your opinionand thank you for sharing it with me.
Hey, you're showing yourlack ofintelligence again. I don't have a problem at all with you criticizing my bike. The only problem with it is I had no control over the pipe that was selected for my bike. So, what's your point? I'm commenting on a selection someone made, so your argument doesn't really work in this case. Next time, compare apples to apples. And with regards to the TE450, I looked at that bike and liked it, butit'spretty difficult to find a dealer and I would imagine parts or serviceare not exactly easy to come by either.

What's your problem man? Can you not take any criticism? You love to insult everyone else on here, and maybe that's easy for you to do since nobody puts up a good counter, but I can tell youyourlittle bullsh!targumentsaren't going to work with me. So, let's drop this little pipe thing, and I'll start looking for otherposts you've madethat I can criticize. I don't mind having a debate with you, but you need to start posting some intelligent points. Thank you. By the way, nice DRZ. I really mean that. I like the yellow seat.

Hey Trip I edited your post and separated the pictures so the page wasn't so wide, I hope that's OK.I'm feeling the Mod Power nowThanks buddy. Oh and That Honda is SICK!! Danny, I guess that means awesome. I'm always behind on the sayings. I agree with you, the race bikes look so much better with the pipe no sticking way out there. But on my bike with the Muzzy or the other pipes that people have stuck on the KLX we need to keep the tip as far back as possible to avoid the black exhaust soot getting on the fender. Again nice bike, is that a pic of you and your bike?[sm=smiley20.gif]

Iknow what sick means, but thank you for that. No Deej, that is not my bike although it is pretty cool. I just found that photo on the Big Gun website. I dosee what you're saying about the fender since it bends down unlike a motocross bike. That's a pretty good point. Is that why the pipes seem to fit that way? I'll look at more trail bikes to see.

you'll never come off the porch if that lit you up that much. but come on, I'm just passing the critiques on down the line.
btw, Husky parts are immense unlike dealers. everyone thinks that parts are a problem and have convinced each other that that's the case, then they go buy overpriced japanese "enduros". did you see the two KLX 450's on ebay? my DRZ has higher bids, that's pretty sad. the KLX450 isn't bad, but when you say something about pipes and mufflers sticking out and looking out of proportion, and then buy a bike with the largest muffler of any bike on earth and a header that hangs down to the lower frame, it's kind of hypocritical. I could care less about what kind of comments I say work with you, I just say what's on my mind. it's usually fact that others don't like hearing. I don't make stuff up. If it hurts, it's usually true.
lol That's pretty funny because I was thinking the same thing about the muffler. It's fvcking huge! However, according to you, since I made those comments, I shouldn't have bought a bike with a big muffler. That's equally as funny. It's not that your comments don't work with me, they just don't work.

Anyway, I didn't see the other KLX450's on ebay, so I can't really comment on that. I know that invoice is $6500, and I'm sure the dealers won't take less than that. So, whatever. See, you care about what everyone else pays for their bikes, but I don't. I buy it and ride it, and unlike you with 521 miles, I'll have that in two weeks. If that get me a few hundred less than you when I try to sell, who cares. At least I've had some fun doing what the bike is meant to do.

I thought last weeks pilot was funny as well as "racy" (never saw so many hot naked babes in a series) but last night I couldn't stop laughing (it played three times over on Showtime and I couldn't stop watching and laughing). Worst part is I could really relate to David Duchovny's character - pretty sad.
