Default Good aftermarket hand grip?

The previous owner of the bike put on some grips that are not the right size.
The throttle tube is longer than the grip itself which is annoying the **** out of me.
What do you guys recommend as a replacement?

I like the Scott Hurricane grips. No bells and whistles, good durable grip , inexpensive. Toyotabuilder is right though, you may not like what someone else likes, you have to try em out. Also, make sure you are buying motorcycle grips and not ATV grips when you order. The Mcy grips have one with a bigger Inside diameter for the throttle tube, the Atv grips are both the same.

Progrip 714. They are genuinely comfortable and provide very secure, um .... grip.

Thanks for the suggestions guys.
Do they come in different lengths?
I just don't want to buy/order short ones like the previous owner did.

There are so many really good products now that it is a matter of choice. Plus grips are inexpensive and fairly easy to change. In fact, I think grips were MORE expensive back in the 70s! I really haven't found a pair of current modern grips that I couldn't live with. That was not true in 1973.

Those are on my KLR650, great grips. I have a set of fly green grips on my KLX, they get almost sticky. Work good.

This is what I use if and when I change grips.
