My bearings were bad, i had to replace them, i put the new races in too, I put the new races in the freezer for a few hours and they went in pretty easy. Ya dont have to take apart the headlight and all the guages and stuff. just take out the two 10mm bolts below the headlight that hold it to the lower triple trees and it will come apart. Lots of bel ray water proof grease.

hhaha..... oops.... i had the rear tire and swingarm off so i guess mine took longer to fall than yours, so i saw it and caught it.... im sure that was fun getting back on the jack.
