Default Front wheel out of alignment

Back in July, I crashed in the mountains of West Virginia and broke my leg, yesterday was the first time I really got back on the bike just for a test ride to make sure everything was fine. I immediately noticed that my wheel was out of alignment with my handlebars. I thought it could be that the handlebars are bent but I just put a new pair on after the crash. Here are the pictures:

How do i fix this? I really dont want to take it to the shop and I hope nothing too big is broken.

you likely just twisted it in the the triple tree. loosen off the forks just a little bit where the reflectors are and stand with the wheel clamped between your legs facing towards the rear of the bike grab the handlebars and twist it back so that its straight.
