Default Fork Oil Level Spec for 2009 KLX250s?

Hey guys,

Does anyone have the fork oil height spec for the 09 KLX 250s? I just received my Ultra Max valve kit and new springs from John at Moto Pro and I'm without a shop manual...

Thanks guys,

paul

Usually but not always, the aftermarket valving kit recommends its own oil level to suit their setup. My Race Tech fork revalve had its own spring preload and fork oil level that was a tiny bit different from OEM.

I wanted to send the forks & rear shock to John @ Moto-Pro and have him do it all but I need to cut the budget so I'm doing the forks only myself. I'm pretty sure I have the valve installation procedure figured out from hours of studying.. Regarding the price, it really depends on what you need.. Checkout Moto Pro's website or give John a call.

The Moto-Pro instruction sheet stated to use the stock oil level but I think I'll give John a call tomorrow to verify..

Thanks Guys!
