anyone know of guards for the new klx 250s?
I do not want to have to rewire lights, cut holes, etc.
do they make any that will just simply fit?

 

don't know about the 09, but i have cycra pro-bend on the 07 with renthal bars, and they work fine. no bending, cutting, etc. i don't know if the bars on the 09 are steel and filled on the ends like the 07 was, but unless you replace the bars, you are going to have to remove the "obstructions" in the ends of the stock bars. also, my 07 stock bars had indents where "nubs" on the turn signal plastic box and kill switch/start button box sit so they didn't spin if you crash i presume. when you replace the bars you need to grind out the little plastic "nub" on those two boxes. hope this makes sense, and helps.

 

I just installed the Acerbis Rally Pro hand guares today. Here are pics of how it turned out. The biggest issue I had was with the clutch cable. Its a little tight. If anyone has a better solution please let me know. I tried to run it through the mount but the gap was not wide enough. I didnt want to drill it out, I may take it back off and drill it out. If you have stock handle bars, I recommend you use an electric (non cordless) high speed drill to drill them out.
