First trip on my 351
The dog was so cool. He was so well mannered, and you could tell he loved to ride. Didn't even mind the goggles a bit. If I ever have another dog, I'd love to teach it to ride.
Thanks. Your wife must be cool.
I don't know any other girls that ride, except as passengers. And I tend to be kind of independent (too independent if you ask my husband
), which is different.
This makes me think of something that happend in Death Valley...
So I was down at the shower room waiting in line, and this girl and I started talking. Turned out she was there doing some dual-sport riding as well. I thought wow, this is cool. I was thinking if I had more time, it would be cool to ride with her, but it was my last day there. Then, out of one of the restroom stalls emerges her, uh, ...better half. She was a rider too. They seemed to know some of the other people in there too. All of the sudden I felt a little awkward standing in line for a shower where some of the women were half dressed.
I started talking about my husband, and their interest in talking to me pretty much ceased. Awkward!

Thanks for the great pictures and write-up! I bet that 351 hauls pretty good with a small frame on it. I switch back and forth with Kendas nobbies or all terrains they are both street legal and hook up very well.......oh I forgot to mention their cheap
my wife is a bit of a control freak so she is learning to ride; when she is readdy the KLX might just be hers.........I just hate having to find a new bike

How in the world did I miss this report?
What a great report indeed! Love the canyon pictures. I would love to go there. Where exactly is that located? My cousin and I are thinking about another dirt ride in central Oregon this summer. Thanks again for posting. And thanks for the review on everything.

Hey, I've been there! Death Valley...you wouldn't know it's California...unless you look at the gas prices at Furnace Creek!
