First (Official) Trip Report: 56K Beware!!!!!
So my FIRST trip doesn't have photographic evidence because myself and two of my buddies (one with a DRZ400 and the other with a KLR) took the bikes up one of the ATV trails we have here and played around in an old mine beside the trail (mine now owned by the trail council) Pretty good trip, mostly straight gravel trails with a bit of technical single track in the woods and then some fine sand in the area of the mine we were in. Never dropped the bike and was out probly 5 hours.
So, that was the FIRST trip out. Today was my first real road trip on a bike. Forecast called for nothing but sun and warmth so I got up early and hit the road. Headed south out of town into Prince Edward County (The County) and kept going down one of the main regional highways until I hit Lake Ontario. We take the Jeeps down here a lot because there's a HUGE trail network but I wanted to just hit the Lake and have lunch on the beach. After that, took the long way home on some smaller less travelled back roads. Total time out: 4 hours. Total mileage: 160km. Enjoy the pics!

Don't you just hate it when you get to a spot where you have been going for 30 years and the quads and jeeps and monster trucks have tore it up so bad that it's unrideable, yet on the news the envirnmentol destruction is always shown with a motorbike in the foreground.
I noticed the mudhole, how deep was it. I've been through a couple that seem innocuous at first blush but end up being a 'deep pit of hell'. They look like fun but that muddy water disguises what's underneath.
Nice pics, looks like you had a great day out.

I didn't actually go through that mudhole, went around it cuz I didn't wanna get dirty that day but I seem to remember from last year it was deceptively deep (hence my avoidance)
Ended up being an awesome day for a ride too, bit windy in spots but sunny and warm.
