Default Finished making my foot pegs

I just got my foot pegs back from being powder coated. I finished welding them up last week and got them back from the powder coat shop today. I had them done in silver and they are a close match to the bikes frame.

In progress still working on making the mounting bracket.

All done and mounted.

These feel much better to stand on over the stock pegs.

The left side. They use the stocking mounting pins and spring as well.

Nice! I bought the cheap ones off ebay. Wider pegs are much better for standing up. I like the look of yours better though.

Thanks for the compliments, I just ordered a KLX 351 Big bore kit from Bill Blue so I'm hoping to get that installed this fall. I'm slowly turning this bike into what I want it to be, a short to medium range dirt/adventure bike.

I never felt the need for wider pegs, may be if I tried once I would realize their benefits.

How much for a pair shipped to Canada?

The wider area to place your feet to me makes a real difference in standing while riding. Feels easier to control the bike.

If I didn't have a job that takes up 10.5 hours of my day I would probably start this up as a side business!
