Lauren....My friend Char uses an older sinisalo chest protector and it clears her 40 D's just fine she says.....She's an atv girl and she is a bigger girl as well and alot of the older gear seems to fit her very well...she got hers from ebay....she went on a chest inches size and then modified the lower straps to snug the waist better...
Just a tip.My wifes are also very well up in the D size range but i don't think i could ever get her to try to find one to where for when she rides the atv..

Lauren ...Sinisalo is Oooold equipment but you can find it on ebay for cheap and barely used from the people that bought and never rode much.
