So, on the "maiden voyage", you decided to take the KLX "swimming"??? Guessing that you are somewhere in Florida? Great pictures... thanks for posting them.

 

LOL..yeah the maiden voyage..and she (he?) got wet and muddy!

I really love the KLX.

We were out in the Green Swamp around Richloam.

Nothing around for miles and miles!!!

The MXers are required to go to the Croom Trails, but Dual Sports can go anywhere!!!

We didn't see another bike all day!!!

The KLX is such a change from my DR650 or my street bikes.

I was laughing all day.

 

I always wondered what gender women give there bikes.... Me and every other guy i know calls there bike a her.

 

I don't mind riding a "she" or a "he".

The bike hasn't given me a clue to it's gender yet.

If the KLX becomes finiky, unpredictable, short tempered, has a "cycle" of issues (28 or so),becomes a back stabber or behaves differently with other riders...then it will be a she.

If the KLX becomes stable, dependable, predicatable, boring,has smelly exhaust, seems lazy at timesand an unispiring ride when I want to go fast...then it will be a he.

Hopefully it will remain an "It"...and display zero gender bias.

Right now I am in love with an "It".

Hmmm...
