Extended warranty
When I bought the KLX250S I purchased the 2 extra years warrantyfor an extra fee. Funny thing is factory Kawasaki sent out another offer the next day as dated on the letter. The Kawasaki offer (GTPP) gave 4 years for the same $$.
So I talked w/ my dealer and let them know that I would like to return their warranty program and go with the GTPP plan. They had me in their office and made their offer just as good in about 10 minutes.
Customer service means alot, and they performed when I needed them to. Mywife is stoked w/ her new bike, she says her 'Kawasaki Rocks!!'.

No not really b/c even salespeople have to make a buck. I was interested in being able to get the extended period in line w/ the factory offer which they did.
