With the P3 its got abit more backpressure so it feels like it has more umpfff off the line.
All around its way better w/ the insert.

The length of the canister of the FMF is 1.5 times the length of a 2 bros. If I were going to buy again I'd go w/ the FMF Q4 & powerbomb header.
make the video please... i wanna hear it 2bros with p3, is that will be really the same as this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=586jT3vvur0

Could I have both with a KXL300 exhaust, jet kit and airbox mod?

I've heard that the klx300 exhaust on this bike is basically the same as a full muzzy, fmf, etc. upgrade.

I'm in the noise contriol business and within the week I plan on taking my sound level/ frequency meter home to get the sound level of the stock pipe Vs the HMF with and without the QC insert -I was actually able to get a copy of the test standards to get the distance etc. I'll post the results.

That is excellent! Take a reading of how loud without any header or anything, just for fun too!

I rode my bike with the HMF to work today to get the sound levels. I have an SAE test standard that indicates that the sound level is to be taken in neutral at half of the rated engine speed (1/2 the redline rpm?), at a 45 degree angle 20" away at the approximate outlet elevation. This is SAE J1287 Reaffirmed July 1998-anyone know if there are others or is this the best standard to use?
