Default Endu-Cross modification

For enduro and light motocross use.

Modifications

ECU: de-restrict

Exhaust: handmade, no catalytic converter, same diameter as head pipe (o2 sensor cheat with two small resistances), remove air suction system, a resistance cheats sensor too.

Sparkplug: ngk cr9eix iridium (excellent idle).

Front sprocket: 13t JT.

Rear sprocket: 44t JT, (with this combination there’s no need for longer chain).

Intake: remove air filter cover, air temperature sensor cheat with a small resistance (always -5 Celsius).

Rear tire: metzeler mc5 +side screws (helps on mud hillsides).

Front tire: re-grooved dunlop d605 (until it melts).

Weight reduction: removed anything unnecessary like headlight, lcd speedometer, rear seat bag, turn signals, metal and plastic parts, wires etc. Approximately save 22 kg. (not bad!).

Sub frame: just cut it…

More mods in near feature (like suspension, electric starter remove, may be a 300cc kit with a versys 650 injector etc).

Spyros from Greece

My English isn’t very good but I’ll try to answer any question.

Thanx!

How many miles on your chain before putting the 44t?

Doh, I was converting the numbers but not units of measure.
22 kilos; 44.+ lbs. - Yeah I knew that, really. Really, I was a chem minor, we only dealt in metric.

I like the new look Spyros. Tell me more about the sensor cheats. Is that to get richer EFI mix?

Yes, with a 3.3Kohm resistor in air temperature sensor the mixture enriched a lot.
May be FI ligth turns on.

Worst Consumption
Better Performance

and two 220ohm resistors for the O2 sensor.

Also thermostat removed for better coolant circulation.
