can anyone point me to a post or artical on removing all the emisions crap?

Its a little ways down in this post: https://www.kawasakiforums.com/m_17800/tm.htm however there has been an addendum which I'm not sure if its later in that post or not but the HELP brand plugs have been dry rotting on the hot side of the motor. They have been replaced by a cap from an AC line I think its the high pressure line cap.
