Same here. We ordered about the same time. I'm dropping fitment pics and other findings in this exhaust thread: https://www.kawasakiforums.com/forum...nockoff-43840/

More to come

One reason I didn't order a header yet was to see your results on the knockoff

I know it's a pain to rejet your carb twice, but it would be interesting to see your results (seat of the pants) on the Q4 with and without the stock header

haha, well I am afraid I have bad news - I cancelled the order after the eBay seller botched and didn't ship the product. The reports of needing to modify the ChinaMegaBomb to fit the FMF pipe also weighed in on that decision. Figure the mods + header would put me not far from the real deal.

It's really too bad that the Chinese manufacturers don't put just a teeny bit more effort into Q/C.. especially after folks report back obvious fitment issues. If it was a bolt on piece with no mods needed I'd gladly wait a few weeks for it.

You'll need to change the name of your thread

KSHANKS5, I'm eagerly awaiting your shipment and results!! It seems all three of us are in the exact same spot. I'll post a new thread asking all 2007 owners what they're using for slip-ons.

According to Thumper Talk and Adventure Riders, the FMF slipons will so on a stock 2007 KLX250s

Well outstanding ! As you may have noticed on my https://www.kawasakiforums.com/forum...ndition-43883/ thread , RageHardintothebendies is using a K152 intead of the DJ140 and is quite happy with the results.

(copying this over from the KLX250s Exhaust Megathread since we're into jetting now.)

So I installed the DJ 2152 with 128 main a few nights ago. I almost used the 132 main supplied in the kit, but since my bike has a KDX snorkel and OEM header installed the 128 would work OK. Are you still recommending I bump up to a 132 or 140?

By the way, I discovered a handful of KLX specific motor goodies available from what used to be Stroke Racing: FourStrokeWorks - quality products and services for four-stroke motorcycles

Unfortunately, they don't list the Stroker linkage pivot.
