Default Dyno Charts: Stock vs Lidless+Slipon VS Lidless+Full FMF+MCM

Clik on the image to get "biggy goodness"..

What you should know:
Lower blue line is the stock bike curves.

Red - Mod List:
Lidless, NON-MCM (Stock Cam Timings),
Delkevic Slipon with internal baffle removed (loud),
DN0352 needle from the DJ 2206 kit, Clip position- 1N(TOP NOTCH),
Stock slide spring,
Stock slide (undrilled lift port/hole),
DJ140 main jet, Near sea level.

Total Cost - Delkevic $175, DJ kit $60..
This is most certainly a finished and completed tune with final results shown.

Purple - Mod List:
CVK "Rejet" using components from the DJ 2152 kit.
Lidless, MCM (Marcelino Cam Mod),
FMF Megabomb, FMF PowerCore 4,
DJ Slide Spring*, DN0228 Needle with Clip on 1N,
DJ144 main jet, Near sea level.

Total Cost: About $550.00. (FMF Megabomb and PowerCore 4 slipon are expensive items..)
* - Latest information: Do not use the DJ slide spring with this mod list. The stock spring creates more power below 6.5k.

So "Purple" is not a finalized setup, it is the best-to-date showing. Once the stock slide spring is re-installed, the power curves below 6.5K should rise - perhaps matching. perhaps exceeding, the "Red" in that area..

Now this is not all the permutations.. What about adding the MCM to Houstons4's run 12 (red), what will that get? What you will get is fantastically increased TRQ below 6.5k with perhaps a small loss above, see for yourself -https://www.kawasakiforums.com/forum...timings-44296/

If it is hard to understand what is shown - "area under the curve" differences are difficult to translate into riding experience - rest assured that each "mod recipe" is an "order-of-magnitude" increase in performance on the trails and on the road.

Red mod recipe will pull 1st gear, unassisted wheelies with stock sprockets, crazy wheelie capability with "lower geared" sprockets - for example..
Purple mod recipe will do the same as well as pull 6th gear to over 100mph (with standard sprockets)...!

Anyone that is near sea level (under 2K ASL) can duplicate the performances from the mod lists.
Anyone that is 2K ASL or above can duplicate the performances but must use an "altitude adjusted" main jet size.
