Default Drilling out baffels

Have any of you drilled out your baffles for better power and less back pressure? If so what were your results? Also what diameter holes did you drill?

The trick is to find either the full exhaust or the muffler from a KLX300. You may drill holes and make it sound really bad or possibly cause some performance issue. Of course if you do mess up drilling I'm sure someone here would sell you their old stock muffler.

Try doing a search, for some reason I remember someone cutting up the stock system in some way.

Thank you for the input.

pretty sure it'll have some kind of adverse effect on EFI bikes. I think the older KLX250S had a place on the bottom where you can screw out a bolt and remove the baffle.
