Default Doing the DJ kit in a 09 model

I, I'm about to do the Dynojet mod. I have the 2152 part so the one specialy for the 09 klx 250 s.

I red a lot of threads here and I saw that the spring who comes with the kit doesn't always work. So in place, people drill a hole bigger.

But wich part of the carb you have to drill ( on the photo someone posted, there's two hole on a gold color piece) . And HOW big I have to re-make the hole cause there's already one. Will I see that piece of the carb automaticly when opening the carb to install the jets?

Thanks a lot and have a nice day

Just use the spring. It worked on mine. The DJ kit makes a big improvement.

Do not enlarge the hole. Use the spring provided from DJ. The spring is shorter and softer than the OEM. So it gives the same effect of enlarging the slide vaccum hole.
