I'd love to perform a little test with some vinyl tubing, a K138 vs a DJ130, and a measured amount of gasoline.
A timed test to see how close they were at draining a 1/2 cup of gasoline into a container. I have a hard time believing the DJ130 will be faster then the Keihin. The hole in the K is that much larger.

Yep, I know. DJ told me years ago that all online jet x-over charts are based on hole size, which means that none of them are accurate with DJ jets. DJ jets have a sophisticated venturi cross section that performs quite differently, under vacuum, from holes drilled in brass..
This chart/site recognizes this issue with DJ jets and has apparently somehow managed to find x-overs that perform similar - Also note that the K jets are much larger for a given DJ jet than they are on charts based on "hole size"..

Makes sense that a square edged hole would pass less fuel than one with smoothed entrance and exit for a given hole size.
