Default Difficult to start.

Hi there, i have a klx250s efi model 2010. I bought it back on 2005 or so used.
Having some issues starting the motor. Back then it was only hard to start the motor again if i accidentally turn it off when for example fail to start on a traffic light.
Now the bike is getting difficult to start anytime no matter what. Battery is new and the bike is serviced recently. Before that, the bike was not in use for 3 years. Any recommendations what to check? Starter maybe?(doesn't sound weak or something).

Woopsy.
Normal non-start procedure:
1. check spark and plug
2. check fuel to efi
If those are good, I'd clean the efi system.
