Default DG O series set up

Hi, does anybody have the DG O-series on a 2006 klx or something similar? Curious about Keihin main jet size, needle position, mixture setting.I am going to purchase the 1-1/4" quiet core to the back, that will make it about the same size as the stock header. I have no mods now, and I ride at 300-1000 or so. I am guessing I need to be around 124 on the main, leave the pilot alone and come up 1 notch on the needle? Maybe 2 1/2 turns out? DG told me to go up 2 or 3 sizes on the main and 1 on the pilot and leave the needle alone, but I never got a chance to explain my elevation, or the fact that my airbox and filter are stock. Also, if I am over or under jetted, will the needle position help dial it in or is it done with the mix screw?

Get a screw that can be adjusted on the fly ( T type). You shouldn't need to touch the pilot your ideas so far should be ok. Once back together try it and then pull the lid and try it again, if it runs better off your pretty rich. Remember if you leave the intake stock you won't need a big jet swap at all.

okay, thank you, I noticed that in my range, there is only a 122,125, or a 128 for the Keihin, my thought is I should be okay with a 122 if I dont open my airbox up or add a high flow air filter. Would I be correct to assume that if I removed the snorkel and kept a stock filter, I would go to a 125, and them a 128 if I go all out with a high flow filter, no quiet core thing and no airbox lid...?
