Desert race carnage, need flush mount blinkers

Add on the wide pegs that you can buy new for $20 and you got a $40 repair and new pegs.
EDIT - here's peg mount and pegs for $34 shipped. The ones I got were green too, took a wire wheel to it to strip it, then sprayed it flat dark grey. Looks great.

I was able to find the cast peg for 64$ plus shipping at Babbits. The actual footrest was about 30$. The total for both shipped was over 100$. Rather than buy an OEM footrest I have been looking at aftermarketupgraded ones like the IMS.
The actual cast iron peg that bent really sticks way out there. It took the brunt of the hit when that rock snuck out of the sage on an inside corner. I only had time to slide my foot out of the way.
Cousin Larry: Did you have a link to that 34$ peg combo? Long as it is not ebay I would be interested.

My blinker broke off my first D100 in 2007 been every year since, glad to see a few on here doing it as well. Its amazing to some less sometimes means more /faster. Went pretty fast this year even with a shoulder injury able to keep up with the boys. We will be doing the race on Sunday next year if I don't get hurt more this year.
