Default Clutch slipping

Bill Blue 351 installed on a 2009, I used the oil he recommended. EBC heavy duty clutch and springs, still slips at higher 1st and 2nd gear RPS. Any thoughts?

Don’t bother with ebc or Barnett replacement Klx250s springs they go soft. Try (3) three 501-40-06017 38# barnett springs vs 25# stock

Barnett springs worked fine for me and I ordered their spring kit with the spec number below. Several here have warned against EBC springs.

From Barnett Site
Year 2006-12
Model KLX250S
Friction Plates (Qty.) 301-45-10003(7)
Tempered Steel Metal Plates (Qty.) 401-45-063008(6)
Spring Kits 501-25-06043

Here's an interesting thread: https://www.kawasakiforums.com/forum...h-notes-41905/

Sell three to a member here that might have the same situation. Save yourself a little cash. Gonna have a buff left forearm using all six! Let us know how it goes.

idridr glad to hear your having good luck with the 06043 barnett springs. I went with them after the ebc springs in their clutch kit went soft. But unfortunately the Barnett’s are slipping too... but not nearly as bad as the ebc springs. Only on top of 4-5-6 does it slip. 11/11 was when I put the Barnett’s in

I would be interested in the remaining 3 springs if you don't need them all!

Default clutch slipping

No more slipping, installed 6 Barnett 40lb springs.
I could use a recommendation on jutting the stock carb with a the 351 kit installed, Delkevic mini carbon fiber muffler. A while back I removed the air cleaner snorkel and and re-jetted. What size pilot and main jets would be good for this setup?
