Is there any plastic cleaner that's safe to use on colored plastics that removes scratches?

I have used Novus plastic cleaner on clear plastic for a windshield before and it did make the scratch almost invisible.

any good products out there?

 

I used Black Magic Pro Shine before I put my camp wrap on. It makes the plastics nice and shiny as well as UV protection.
