pep boys has these lifts made by torin big red. they are $65. it lifts the back tire about 6" off the ground and the front just barely comes off. of course i'm sure you could but some wood or something underneath to achieve a extra inch or two. i used my phone to take the pic so sorry if its not great.

Not bad, I bought a lift at the shop, had it put into the loan, and it lifts the bike over 3 ft off the ground. Of course I paid alot more than $65.00
