CDI boxes?
CDI boxes 21119-1416, 21119-1533 I checked around and they wouldn't show up on kawasaki websites parts searches, just like the klx250 threads/info indicated that I found.
But looking around further found these cdi boxes still showing up on the parts searches
21119-1197 87 mojave ksf250-a1
" 1180 05 klr250
" 1012 79 klx250-a1
" 1376 96 klx250r
" 1489 00 kl250g4 super sherpa
prices ranged from 20 bucks above and below $300
I was trying to find the advance information on some of the cdi boxes to see if any were of an advantage for the 09 klx250s. Just looking for any improvement available for the low end out put, no complaints top end wise. From what I read there isn't a tremedous improvement in performance using a different cdi (21119-1416 and 1533) but bottom end output was somewhat.
People were advancing the oem klx250s stator plate on the engine to find improvement. But didn't find any info/confirmation on that.
Can anyone shed any more light on the cdi boxes/timing changes?
