Might send them one more note or make a call, telling them that the "Easy Way" is for them to simply give you an immediate refund in full. The "Hard Way" will involve about fifty or more of your forum buddies posting this story on every ride forum across the nation. It's a shame to have to threaten them and you might give one caveat in that if they simply fix the problem, it'll all be over and you might try them again sometime. Everybody has a bad day, but they should be smart enough not to ruin their entire reuptation over this deal.

Good Luck,
Bill

Mmmm I don't think so. Not that I'm not tempted, Iwould love to believe me. Howeverif we did that for every unsatisfied customer experience then we would run out of space pretty quick. I think the best thing to do is just make a mental note about this company and hope that they get their act together. Until then we can only rely on what w hear from other people on here from time to time. I would encourage ZX to keep on top of this and if its not resolved in a couple of more weeks, then he needs to call the BBB and or the Attorney General in is area and put them on notice. If enough customers complain something will get done.

This isn't a big deal and the amount of $ involved is minor.
Had I researched the RideGear on the web before making the purchase I would not have, they have a fairly bad reputation.
The part of this whole thing that leads me to believe that this company is in bad shape (and I should warn others) is the fact that their check bounced.
