Carb SMOG ports capped?

Default Carb SMOG ports capped?
DefaultSMOG now removed, but am confused on what carb port is capped.

the two black plastic ports: lower, to tank (fuel inlet)
higher, vents to ground?

brass outlet on other side, capped?

Can anyone clarify, or provide pics please? Thank you, Anthony

It is what is labeled the test port that is capped. in the last picture.




This shows it capped off.

Bottom is Inlet, top side is Vent, top is Cap.

No problem. That port is the source of vacuum that would open the air feed for the valve.
