Can you show a picture of the glue product you are using to stick the vinyl wrap on with?
Does it leave a residue when you peal it off the plastic parts?
Where did you get the vinyl wrap?

Thanks

PS. looks good.

I finished the bike tonight. It truly was an all weekend project. I think wrapping a motorcycle is a lot harder than wrapping a car. There are so many curves and crevices which makes getting all the wrinkles out nearly impossible. But overall I'm really happy with it.

The vinyl wrap doesn't require any adhesive to stick onto the surface. They suggest using an adhesive around edges and uneven surfaces for added adhesion, but it's not required. Because there is no adhesive when you remove it the surface looks fine. Maybe just a wash and a little wax.

I bought my wrap from some place in IL. But after I bought it I found it for $70 from Fellers.com which is where I ordered my supplies. They have a warehouse in town so I didn't have to pay shipping.

Wow, that actually looks really good.

When you first started talking about this, I wasn't quite so sure, but it turned out really good. I like how you even did the front shock protectors. The Kawi sticker adds just enough to almost make it look factory.

My stock plastic is getting a little rough around the edges, I might have to look into something like this.

Shoot, half the 4-wheelers up here look the same

Came out great. You know, a solid color wrap may be a cheap alternative to new plastics. A sheet of red and white and I can get my KLX to look like new. I tried the fusion paint on stuff and it didn't last for me. This may be the way to go.

I love it! I know how hard it is to wrap curved pieces, without bubbles & creases. takes patience.
nicely done

Outstanding. Looks like a professional, well done job. The camo is awesome. I don't like the stock decals and may remove them and try something different but not to this degree of difficulty. You have inspired me.
