Gotta love being able to lane split.... dangerous & legal at the same time

 

That kinda looks like the video I shot with my iPhone in the RAM mount, very shaky. I'd like to get a helmet mount for the iPhone when they get more in.

I'm with Deej^. Yes, yes; I KNOW it's legal and probably saves a TON of time on a commute every day. Call me paranoid. I don't trust people that much, honestly.

Vid was pretty cool, even without the music!

 

Lane splitting requires too much faith for me... The only driver I trust to know what they're going to do is ME (and even *that* is "iffy").

 

Nice vid. I prefer the sound of the moto. Get a foam microphone wind sock (cut a piece off) to stick over the microphone, really improves the sound.

 

Jesus....never will I lane split like that.

I'll lane split when traffic isn't moving. I got time and 4 kids at home, so I have no need to push my luck. I always move over when I'm driving and I see bikes coming from behind. If anything, other drivers will see me do it and may pick up the habit. It's also important to know that not all cars have sideview mirrors on the right side. They are optional and some cars just don't have them... and won't see you.
