I have the Tusk brand for the KLX300 as back up levers. They look like they will fit but I haven't had a chance to double check that.

Whoah.... I just went out to the garage and took off the hand guard to get a closer look. The 300 brake lever lacks the little arm that actuates the brake light. Glad I checked as I am also exchanging my Tusk bars for the next taller size.

Anyone else know which brake lever fits our bike. KLR650 maybe?

Looking at the part #'s for each on bikebandit.com, they appear to be the same.

Ah see! That's what I was thinking too. I'd be hesitant to order a 300 lever.

A while back I ordered a set of Moose Competition shorty levers for both sides. They were the ones that fit the KLX300R. They did not fit. During that little ordeal, I spoke with a hugely helpful dude at Moose. He had me send in picks of my stock levers and he researched to see what would fit. He really went the extra mile, but he came up empty handed. We ended up deciding that there were currently no aftermarket levers that would fit the brake side at that time. That was about 6 months ago, though, so something may be available now, but I doubt it.
