Many Thanks to others that have done the big bore kit and posted it. Did a search and read up on it before installing and it made it alot easier. No surprizes, straight forward upgrade.

Those lights were cutting edge.... for a quad in '86.
55W Cibie Oscar Plus halogens the stock stator can run them easily and throws out a better pattern than stock. But hids are way better. Welded up a mount to bolt onto the stock klx headlight frame.
