Bike submerged - starts now, anything else to check?

Change the oil a couple of times until it remains clean.

There's at least one that goes to the bottom of the air box.

Oh right. It's the reason oil will go to the airbox if overfilled. Forgot about that one.

Was thinking I could somehow block/pinch it off temporarily when crossing water if easily accessible. Maybe a bad idea.

I would change it at least twice. Oil is cheap. Change it run it tile warm change it again.
Drain into a clean dry pan and check for water.

Kinda lost track of the count, but think I'm on oil change number 7. Some little "streams" of water within the oil. At least it's not mixed anymore.

Seems like the oil sight glass might be permanently smeared with the thickish water/oil mixture. No biggie. Prob will go away after a while.

Luckily found some cheap oil for this.
