I see. That quote is most likely referring to a question Bill answered over the phone, on this forum, or in an email. He is a nice guy, and will answer any questions you have about the kit. I called him mid-install with a question. If you do end up calling, just remember it is a small one man operation, so don't expect a 24 hour help desk.
