Would this be two up from the stock jetting?

Kawi part #s
92064-1108 = 40 keihin pilot
92064-1050 = 38 keihin pilot - be prepared with both pilot jets for dialing it in.

Be prepared with a bigger main jet also, DJ 132 main = 142 keihin main < I'm not 100% sure of this tho. Found this on one of the forums.

Your header flange i.d. has been grinded out to match the exhaust port/copper gasket i.d. ?

I'm really not understanding what you are asking here. The head pipe is stock, and when I pulled out the muffler there was no gasket. The only gasket I could find was between the head pipe and the engine exhaust outlet.

1 step up on pilor & 2 steps up on main jet.
This is the rule we use when installing the 351 kit. This is up from what ever jetting you are using at this time.

All three have been modified - header flange inside diameters matched to the cylinder exhaust port i.d. and the copper exhaust flange gasket i.d.

There is a weld bead in there that hinders flow.

What size is the stock pilot jet on these bikes? If I were to go up by one on the pilot jet, which one should I buy?

Stock pilot is a 35, stock main is a 118.

Thanks Dan, so by Bill's logic, I should go to what, a 36? Is that the next size up on a pilot jet?

http://www.jetsrus.com/

Go to the Keihin tab and click. to see what jet your carb needs look at the bottom of that page to see this chart.

The pilot, or slow, jet is the N424-25B
The main is the 99101-393
click on those links on the keihin page and you will see the sizes and prices.

Thanks Dan, it looks like the 38 is the next size up. Since they are cheap, I'm buying the 40 too. I appreciate the link!
