im not mad at all.... it is what it is.... whats getting mad gonna get me? nowhere..... it just sucks about all the money for my tranny....the bikewill be covered if it breaks again....

 

man im sure glad i havent put that engine ice stuff in, i was thinking about it.... but with how many times my motor has been torn apart it would have been a waste....

 

Yea what did they say about the chunks that could be in the rest of the motor? As much money as Kawi has spent on your bike, it would have been cheaper to give you a new crate motor. Or even a new bike.

 

everything was above the piston, nothing happend below the piston.... so there shouldnt be anything wrong down there...

 

Yea but what about all the little pieces that came off all the parts that slapped together? Unless they completely disassemble that whole motor and flush all the parts, you will never be sure. I would at least ask or let it be known. Get it on record, make the shop sign something.

 

Damn sorry to hear about your luck Eric. As much as it sucks, it could always have been worse. You could be out in the middle of absolute nowhere when it happens. Thats what I'm most worried about.

really sucks about the bike, except for the fact that its free just a pain that it has to be in there and all.

like stellar_d said, im always afraid of being stuck in the middle of nowhere when something like that happens, i try to ride with atleast one other person when i know im going somewhere that i cant walk back to other people easily.

 

dam E if she brakes again after this i would be fighting for a new bike, you got a lemon.

at least it leaves you with more time to spend with your hot wife
