Axel lock pin

Hey guys im not sure about the term for this part. Can any of you let me know where can i get them from?

Similar to this but the drill bit must be way up! (like the one in the diagram)

Take that one & drill a hole in it.
Use a allen head bolt with locking nut.
Use a heavy cotterpin.
What about a 'Q' tip?

Thanks for the tip. I used bolt and nut. And i ordered few from this site for $8 USD )+shipping $8 (3 pairs of the lock bolt and 2 pairs of the lock pin) this is my 1st purchase on this site, hope i get them soon
