I did this last weekend for the first time. Front went really easy, but the rear took some work to get off, went on OK, except I couldn;t get the stem of the heavy duty tube in the hole. I finally took it to the dealer after fighting it for 30 minutes. They fought with it for 15 minutes (I felt better). They weren't going to charge me, but after watching them, I tipped him $10.

I didn't watch the video, but from my limited experience, I'd have at least 3 tire irons and use the proper lubricant. Soap and water was OK, but a little messy because it kept drying. Otherwise, the trick is to make sure the bead opposite where you start to break the bead needs to be pushed into the center of the rim.

I bought only2 irons and one bead buddy, so we'll see how it goes this weekend...................should be interesting.

I called my local dealer and they only charge $15ea ifits off the bikeso I have a backup. However this is something I really wanna do myself so Im gonna try, that bridgestone guy sure makes it look easy.

The back tire is wide too at 5.10x18
