Next Monday I should be receiving a 72mi + klx250s. The owner rode mine a few times (entered in a desert race once, there's a pic of the stripped down machine) and decided on one after looking at the market for over 3 years. She rides a cr250r too. She wants to do the mods I did, so this build shouldn't hold any surprises.

A friend gave me a similar led lightt, I need to figure out mounts now.
Update: The bike was bought used so while riding on the road the rear shock seal started leaking. The shop has the shock out to be rebuilt. It’s been 2 weeks in the shop so waiting for that now. Tried to get a bolt on tower kit for the Scotts steering stabilizer, BUT Scotts Performance informed me today their vendor for that part got injured in a car accident and may not ever return to producing anything in the future! Bummer! A weld on tower is going to be available in two weeks. Friend is also getting 3/16-1/4” aluminum plate to make a skid plate.
Collecting parts currently so far ims tank, fmf q4, modified header, answer fat bar mounts, Pirelli/Dunlop knobbies, rear fender eliminator, dual lights I’m letting go too.

Made another rear fender eliminator/brake light mount/license plate holder out of 1/8” aluminum plate for the bike

My tig welding abilities leave a bit to be desired but it’ll never break!
