Default Aluminum Radiator

I was riding in the woods and went down which resulted in the left side radiator getting pretty bent. but it doesnt leak and seems to flow fine. since i need to replace my hoses i figured i might as well do the radiator while the system is drained. id like to upgrade them while im at it, get some additional cooling and look nice too. i was searching around but could only find a set for the early 90s KLX, which im pretty sure doesnt fit a 2010. does anyone know if there is a nice aluminum radiator for our bikes or of one that will work?

I’d compare the two radiators of a parts website, depending on how they bolt up I’d say they would fit

Our factory radiators are made by Denso, which is a very reputable Japanese brand that is actually partially owned by Toyota. You're probably not going to be able to find something better for our bikes without custom fitting something larger, maybe from a KX450 or similar, but then it's a lot of fab work at best, and a risk of them possibly not physically fitting onto our bikes/under the plastics at all.

Our bikes don't run hot anyway. Small displacement, low compression engine with two radiators and an electric fan. It's pretty stout in stock form. I would get an OEM replacement and then invest in a set of aluminum radiator guards to ensure it doesn't happen again. I happen to have a set of second-hand rad guards from UNABIKER up for grabs. If you're interested, message me. They're these: https://www.unabiker.com/products/kk...nt=11082585222

I know the cooling system on these bikes are great, even when they're modded too. I've never had any overheating issues even on the hottest days. Whenever I break something I like to replace it with a better stronger one. I know there's almost no aftermarket stuff for these bikes, just hoping these were available. Although I am interested in those guards if you still have them. (PM sent)
