Not sure about that one Deej!
I'm running 138 main and 40 pilot with no airbox lid, Keihin jets though (OE.)
I get plenty of snap too.
Are yours OE or DJ?
How do the sizes compare?
ORIGINAL: deej

I know I have said this and sound like a broken record, but to date I think I have the largest jets. 132 and 40 and running no lid, 13-45 gears and I get a constant 60 mpg. Oh and the power is out of this world.......well not compared to the DRZ 400 I rode, but that's another story. But I absolutely love my bike, and would not trade it for anything.
Hey Gavin, I stand corrected, I didn't know that you had those jets. Mine are from DJ. It's funny, I talk like I know all about jets, when truth be told, the only time I saw a jet was from the ones that were left over from my kit when the shop installed everything.[8D]

Smile Re. airbox lid question

Hey while on the subject of whose got the biggest jets....pick me...

KLX250 '07
140 main
40 pilot
7/16" oversized hole top of slide
epoxied side top holes in slide
5 (YES 5!) 0.5mm x 3.0mm washers under the head of the slide needle for heaps of midrange fuel / torque
FMF Powercore 4 slip on muffler
FMF Powerbomb SS header pipe
K&N air filter
No air box cover

= heaps of low down, mid & top end revs for a 250! Heaps of fun.

well its always better to do it all at once but I have a saving money problem,, I figured with the jet kit, I could take off my air box lid and be cool until i get the pipe later
