has little over 6,000 miles with main jet dj132...engine has little over 7,000 miles in total....mostly all fast freeway commutes and group rides through technical mountain twisties...original stock spark plug and looks good from what i can tell...tail pipe looks fine...checked the screen recently after 1,000 miles on the hmf exhaust can....i get some exhaust popping at sudden decel...if i roll of the throttle smoothly, no popping...60 mpg is the norm on my 55-mile daily commute on 15/39 gearing....i did do a 1,000 mile weekend ride from san francisco to san diego and back....that was pretty much wot the entire way on the 5 highway cruising with the cars in the #1 lane....and, wot on 5th going up the mountains for over an hour...it was quite an experience, and definitely boosted by riding confidence and trust in this little machine..."the little engine that could"........

I would bet you a beer, however, that it's running rich.

Learn to ride what you have, it can keep you intertained for a long time and use the money to go some place new to ride.

I will be doing a list with pics on the up dates I have done to date, just added the Lynx fairing and lights keep watching I will try to get them all posted soon. I have to get help with the pics.

I'm still bone stock. I just need to be able to keep up with my kid on his PW80 and CRF150... No need to go faster off road. None of my buddies ride, so I'm good.

I kind of feel this way too. I would learn the ins and outs of the bike and and get to be a better rider on it before messing with it.

But if it were me I would start with what IDRIDR says. The bouncy stuff in my opinion needs work before the power. More suspension will make you faster in every way accept a straight line on tarmac.

at min- jet and FULL exhaust with a 13T for off road. I removed the air lid and got rid of all the eco garbage.

I'd get a whole new carb & big bore out the gate....

I went with heavier fork and shock springs (I'm about 200 lbs) and re-valved the forks. A shock re-valve remains on the to-do list. And at 6'+, a tall seat was also really important. And it keeps going...Skid plate. Taller handlebars with risers. Handguards. Lower gears. A larger fuel tank. Crash resistant signal lights. And a bit more.
That is because the OP asked, "In what order" would we suggest the power mods he posted.
The OP didn't specify anything else.

First mod should be a good bash plate! If you dent your tubes, there's no "un-denting" them.
