About to order sprockets, what length chain?

You can also take off the snail cam type and grind down the ridges, then you can adjust in between the "notches" with no problems.

I did not ride my 06 klx long with stock gearing...I went 13/48 and bought a 120 link green chain...It was plenty.
I set the snail to 5 and let it eat..after a couple of rides adjusted to 9..then a couple days later cut a couple of links off and readjusted.
cheap chains stretch...it does 50mph at 6000rpm. im running a 110/100 trakmaster.
