I think deej ran that for a spell, not sure, but 108 sounds right, let us know how it turns out and what quirks if any you run into because that's what i plan on doing also.

Oh almost forgot, I couldn't find a 108 link chain, just 110s so you may have to get a hold of a chain break and shorten it..but if you do happen to find a 108 link chain (rated strong enough for a modified klx250), please let me know that too...thanks

i thaught about putting the stock 14 back on and jumping the rear bigger than 45... cant wait to see the difference, sucks all my x mas presents i cant really use right now.... its all bike stuff, and tickets to see FMX in jan... its too cold up here....

I did that combo last year- 108 is what you need. 110 is too long and oem won't fit as I had to learn myself after someone on here tried to tell me in the first place. Denniskirk.com has a partsunlimited chain with as much tensile strength as a renthal for around $66, it's an X-ring as well. You won't be able to use your chainguard though (I know you don't anyways)as the snail adjusters are now in the way but you will shorten your wheelbase a bit. That combo makes the KLX a wheelie machine if youknow how towheelie.
