Default 53 miles on a

absolutely dead flat rear Trackmaster II. Between 45 and 60 miles an hour the whole time. Even riding wheelies on it ! I can't believe it didn't come off the rim, the tire and rim were so hot you almost couldn't touch them though.

What a good tire... Huh I thought it was riding pretty squirley.

That's what I'm thinking!

I think I should get a couple of those for F & R. Where's a good spot to buy them?

This ability to ride on flat is also one of the benefits of the Nuetech tubeless system. The entire circumference of the tire is being clamped to the rim by a high pressure inner liner "and" a rim lock. Neat idea, neat system.

Riding off road on a flat is no big deal with a single rimlock. Really very possible though you risk rim damage. On the highway I worry more about the tire flying off and getting sucked into the forks and stopping the front wheel.

You sure that 53miles is an accurate reading? Maybe your odometer has been tampered with?????

Update:

No wheel locks on this tire. I took about a half a cup of rubber filings out of the tire and put in a new tube as the old one was lets say a little thinner. Wore the tire on the inside down to the cords in a few spots. But it must be okay holds air now.

Back on the throttle.
