My opinion...
Looks awsome RB. I like the whole setup you got going on...
I agree with Nobrakes too... I LOOOVE the KTM, I'd get it. You get what you pay for.
And last, but not least...
STFU IG!!
EDIT: arggg, I'll just delete my rant

I read all the previous posts but couldn't find the answer in all the BS in there, butdid you say the light has high and low beam? and it's 55/60 watts?...looks great by the way IMO..It does give the bike a newer/modern look..not just a plain rectangular light like the OEM one.

I read in dirtbike mag that the stock light on the klx450 was not very bright at night. The high/low setup will probably help this though. I'll agree that some of the white should be toned down a little. On a side note I read that the new wr dual sport has nothing in common with the dirt only version, except for the name.

Yes the light you get is just the shell the bulb from the old light plugs right in so you have HI and LOW beam
although i still haven't tried it at night.

I was just stating my opinion. Also, the '09 is totally different from the '07 if you haven't seen pics. Look at the new bike and you'll see the obvious changes in appearance.
There are differences but to most people they wouldn't notive . If I didn't get my 07, I would have benn happy with a 09 model.

Either way you can't go wrong!

Iowaguy....I have to come a conclusion here. You need some female lovin very badly. Your constant nagging and need to insult people gets very old, very quickly, and almost turned me away from this site before I even got a good look at the information the site had to offer and some of the good people on here. Go get some loving buddy, I promise it will take the edge off and who knows, maybe you can hook up with a lady that will let you insult and nag her on a daily basis.....some women get down with that ya know

...and to take away from it by installing any of them aftermarket tanks just does that- it takes away from the very cool look of the bike.

I would think of all people you would see beyond it's "looks" to realize what has been improved.
...& that makes both sides of your mouth. You would think you can look beyond the ugly tank & see the range that has improved.[sm=joke.gif]

On a separate note, Tell us how you bought your KLX based on its looks again MX god! [sm=joke.gif]

& Finally all the improvements you mentioned--you would only notice that if you are a pro rider (I'm using your typical response to any impovement other than a Big Gun).[sm=innoc.gif]

You act as if you required to come here & have stated you don't enjoy it-----SO LEAVE. You act as if it is your civil service

No one here but us backpatters.[sm=guilty.gif]

Ahh, I said my piece. I'm done now.

Oh yea, NICE LIGHT!

Ohhhh, I get it. I think people are thinking you're just taking the bulb and putting it into the 450 headlight, when you are taking the entire bulb socket that's plugged into the 250 lamp, all the wiring for the 250 bulb, and plugging it into the 450 headlight..
I thought that anyway..
